About Us
 Jeff Siegrist is the Founder and Managing Principal of Jeffrey M. Siegrist & Company. He began his search career in 1985 and has conducted searches both domestically and internationally.
Before entering the search profession Jeff worked in public accounting for several years with the firms A.M. Pullen & Company and Main Hurdman. He is a CPA and Certified Financial Planner.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Winthrop University.
 Marla Shoff is a Senior Associate with Jeffrey M. Siegrist & Company. She began her search career in the early 1990’s and has conducted executive and managerial level searches both domestically and internationally.
Before entering the search profession, Marla worked in marketing and sales in the information industry with the firms Information America, Equifax, and Lanier Business Products.
Marla holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Georgia.
